The overhaul steps include:

Replacement (rewind) winding

• Recovery of the cliff so called rotor’s "squirrel" cage
• Dynamic Rotor balancing
• Re-Assembly
• Recovery of excitation windings of the rotor of the synchronous electric motor
• Repair of pump shafts and gears
• Repair of lathes and milling machines

Casing of electrical machines are cleaned with subsequent painting. After equipment is repaired, the final test report is produced in accordance to the norms of acceptance testing of the PUE (RoK Standard)
